by commissioning me, you agree to these terms:- TAT can range anywhere between 2 weeks - 3 months. i will send updates with each stage during the process so you aren't left in the dark!- you may not, under any circumstances, use my art to train AI of any sort- commercial usage (art used for streams/games/promotional material, designs used for streaming, physical merchandising for profit, etc.) is strictly prohibited unless the proper fee is paid. please contact me if you're interested in this!- do not trace over my artwork or claim my artwork as your own. credit me properly when posting onto other sites- once the final piece is delivered, there is no refunds. any time before that must be discussed with me during the process- do not alter my artwork to get around my personal boundaries. if there is an edit you'd like to make, please ask me first!

DESIGN TOS:by agreeing to purchase a custom or an adopt from me, you agree to this TOS!- designs are initially made without commercial usage rights. this means you cannot use them for streaming, advertisement of any product or social media, or physical merchandise made for profit (personal use is okay!).- commercial usage rights must be discussed and agreed upon. these can also be purchased after the initial creation; commercial usage rights are +75% of the original price of the design or custom.- in the event that the adopt/custom is part of a closed species, please also refer to the species’ TOS to ensure that work is legitimate and approved.- do NOT train any of my design work on AI or anything similar. do not trace or make hateful/bigoted content out of my design work. do not pass my work off as your own.- do not resell designs for more than they were originally worth unless additional commissioned art has been added.- redesigns and such are allowed however i would still like credit for the original conception of the design.

ref sheets are entirely customizable with a base charge of $10!each asset costs the same amount as their regular price as listed in the rest of my carrd. if you're uncertain, then i can give a quote based off of what youd like!
